Result Inquiry Instructions
On the next screen, enter information for the patient
you are looking for and Click on Start Search.
You can enter partial names if you don’t know the
correct spelling of the patient name or you may
enter the accession number if known. The more
information you enter (i.e., first and last name), the
shorter the list of names retrieved.
Note: If a Security Information screen like the one
below appears, click Yes to continue.
